RC Monitoring, version 2.1 is
a proactive, real-time monitoring system for observing, collection of
statistical information and analyzing of DOCSIS network and/or Ethernet Network
– both CM and CMTS sides. RC Monitoring provides valuable information for
network tuning and supporting by providing automated device discovery, graphical
data representation, history information, build in triggers for automated
tracking parameter states and rising alerts to technical staff in case of
malfunctions. In addition the system provides statistical information for
network quality evaluation.

RC Monitoring is a standalone system, providing comprehensive rich web user
interface. RC Monitoring provides integration with RC Billing and RC TrackSys
systems for subscribers and address data, regional structure data, rising
trouble tickets from alerts, providing users with a single user interface.
