Evrotur Sat
TV, or ESTNET, was
created on the fifth of
May, 1992, in Sofia as a
collective association.
In the period after its
creation, Evrotur Sat TV
Co. handles the import
and installation of
individual sets for
satellite TV.
Immediately after, the
company begins to
supply, construct and
produce materials and
sets for the creation of
collective satellite
systems for domestic and
industrial buildings.
The first Evrotur Sat TV
cable net was created in
1994 in Sofia. Through
the years, the net has
developed and grown, and
at the present moment
covers 80% of the
territory of Sofia and
provides announcement
services to not less
than 80% of the homes of
the capital. Kozlodui's
territory is fully
cabled. At
present, ESTNET offers
the following types of
communicational
services: radio package,
TV programs, Internet
access, Cable telephone.
